Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By booking or using any service provided by AK Mobile Tyre Fitting, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

2. Services

We provide mobile tyre fitting, puncture repair, emergency callout, wheel balancing, tyre pressure checks, battery replacement, jump start, brake services, vehicle diagnostics, general servicing, mobile mechanic and roadside assistance.

All services are carried out at your chosen location — at home, at work, or roadside. Services are subject to availability and geographic coverage.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices quoted include VAT where applicable and are confirmed before work begins.
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price agreed at the time of booking is honoured.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash and bank transfer.
• A call-out fee may apply for emergency or out-of-hours appointments. This will be confirmed when booking.
• Indicative prices are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change based on tyre size, vehicle type and availability.

4. Booking & Cancellation

• Bookings are made by telephone or WhatsApp on 07549 328819.
• We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule — please call as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, vehicle breakdown, safety concerns).
• If we cannot attend due to a fault on our side, no charge will be made.

5. Our Liability

• We carry full public liability insurance. Our technicians are trained professionals.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle that is identified during or after a service.
• We are not responsible for any consequential loss arising from a delay in service attendance.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
• In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our technician, we will assess and resolve this fairly.

6. Tyres & Parts

• We carry a range of budget, mid-range and premium tyres. Availability may vary.
• We will advise you on the most suitable option for your vehicle before fitting.
• Once a tyre has been fitted, it cannot be returned unless it is found to be faulty.
• All tyres supplied meet UK legal safety standards.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• You must ensure the vehicle is safely accessible at the agreed location.
• You must inform us of any known issues with your vehicle that may affect the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring the vehicle details provided (make, model, tyre size) are accurate.

8. Privacy

We collect your name, contact number and vehicle details solely to provide the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms
